How Does Botox Work?

What Should I Expect During a Dysport/Botox Treatment?
Our doctors use the smallest needles to administer dysport/botox injections with minimal discomfort. No anesthesia is needed, and normal activities can be resumed immediately.
After the treatment, you may notice some temporary, slight bruising at the injection site, which is easily concealable with makeup.
When Will I See Results?
Dysport works a bit faster than Botox by several days. You may see results in 4-5 days with Dysport and about 1-2 weeks with Botox. The full effect of both injections takes two weeks.
How Long Do Dysport/Botox Results Last?
After about 2-4 months, wrinkles may gradually reappear. Most clients often return for follow-up treatments upon noticing these effects. Getting a second treatment before the muscles fully revert to their untreated state can extend the duration of the results.
