To do life and business alongside someone you know, respect and trust is a dream come true. As friends and neighbours for 6 years, not only do we get to work together, we also get to hangout with our best friend every day!
It’s incredible to be able to come into work excited and passionate about what we do, and share those daily successes and challenges with a trusted friend who is also a very talented professional. We have a ton of fun collaborating together and sharing our visions of the business. It’s amazing to see how clearly each other’s professional strengths contribute to the business while also elevating one another’s skillsets and being supportive through it all.
Choosing a partner to co-found a company with is a huge decision. We balance one another’s weaknesses and boost each other’s strengths. Because we are so close, we know how to cheer each other up after a long day and we know when the day calls for a Starbucks run or for a glass or two of wine after hours!

Questions
Unfortunately, we can not treat over existing tattoos. We will cover your tattoo with white tape to make sure the laser does not target the pigment in your tattoo.
We aim to make each client comfortable and confident in their decisions and offer the highest level of confidentiality. A consultation with our technician and/or advanced nurse injector provides you with an expert personalized recommendation for treating skin, face, hair and body. This 45-minute consultation provides clients with a thorough understanding of our process and a clear expectation of what the desired results will be.
- Area must be shaved 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- No lotion/deodorant on treatment area the day of your appointment.
- Avoid waxing/threading/tweezing in the area for at least 4 weeks.
- Stay out of direct sunlight for at least 3 days prior to your appointment and 3 days after.
- Do not use self-tanner or spray tan products for at least 2 weeks before your treatment to avoid potential injury.
- Avoid drinking more than 2 alcoholic beverages 24 hours before your treatment.
At AGLS we treat all skin tones with our medical-grade InMode lasers. Our lasers use 3 wavelengths: YAG, Alexandrite, and Diode. This means we can work on any skin tone. As long as the hair has pigment, our laser can target it and achieve safe and effective results.
It’s all dependant on your hair and skin type and the area being treated. Each part of our body’s hair has different growth cycles and hair loss will be determined by what phase your follicles are on at the time of your treatment. Most clients require 6-8 weeks in-between treatments, but we will determine the schedule that suits you best during our consultation.
